根據(jù)國家和省法律、法規(guī)和有關(guān)規(guī)定，買受人和出賣人在平等、自愿、協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上就買賣商品房達成如下協(xié)議：
第一條 項目建設(shè)依據(jù)。
