1. This certificate is a legal certificate of the co-owner which has equal legal effect with the House Ownership Certificate. The house co-ownership is protected by laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Where the co-ownership changes, the obligee shall take the House Ownership Certificate and other certificates to apply for alteration registration at the local real estate ownership registration authority within stipulated term.
3. Except the house registration authority, other units or individuals are prohibited to record matters or seal on the certificate.
4. This certificate shall be kept carefully, but it can be reissued if lost or damaged.
