外電中的“image project”指的就是“面子工程、形象工程”。如果仔細(xì)閱讀上段報道，您還會發(fā)現(xiàn)“浪費(fèi)成風(fēng)”、“文山會海”相應(yīng)的英文表達(dá)為：“the fad of wastefulness”，“the mountains of documents and seas of meetings”。
