怎樣的譯員容易失去市場?

  對于口譯員而言,進入市場、發(fā)展客戶可能只有幾種固定的套路或方式,但失去市場和客戶的方法卻很多,也許套用那部電影的題目,可以稱作《退出市場的一百萬種方法》。

     一、水平不濟

     在翻譯市場,每年都有若干老手暫時或永久性地退出市場,原因可能各不相同:自覺年紀大了,找到了朝九晚五、旱澇保收的固定職業(yè);進入國內外的高等學府繼續(xù)深造以提高水平;結婚生子;退居二線,轉向翻譯公司的經營管理……應該看到,正是這些資深譯員的退出,給了新人進入市場的機會。但新人能否填補老手留下的空缺就是另一個問題了。
